Scrub it up with Aluminum

You are cleaning dishes and you have a pan that just won’t come clean. You can’t find a steel wool pad and you are getting frustrated.

An easy way to clean a pan in a pinch is to grab a piece of aluminum foil and wad it into a ball.

Now just grab your pan and use your impromptu scrubber to finish cleaning it up.

You can clean your iron by setting it to the lowest setting and letting it heat up. Using the end of a wooden spoon or a clothes pin, very carefully, scrape off any discolored pieces.

If there is still some remaining you can unplug the iron and let it cool off. Once it is cool, make a mash of 1 part baking soda and 1 part water. Using a soft cloth, gently scrub away any remaining discoloration.

Hope this helps!
