Resoluton to Excercise

It is the new year again and you are ready to start a new exercise program.

First of all, if you do not already have a program, start slowly. You will have a better chance of maintaining the program if you don't overdo it.

Start out with about 5 minutes a day, preferably at the same time. This will start a habit that will be easy to follow each day.

After a few weeks, add another session or double the time for your current session.

Keep progressing until you see the results that you are looking for.

Don't forget to check with your physician before starting any exercise program if you have any medical conditions.
